Free Towing / Pick-Up at Jacky Gearbox
We provide free pick-up to our workshop for gearbox repair during office hours. If the vehicle cannot move at all because of transmission failure, we send a tow truck to pick it up, free of charge.

How it works
- WhatsApp us or call 8430 9665 with your location, car model and what happened.
- We arrange the pick-up to our workshop during office hours (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 9am–3pm).
- We diagnose the gearbox (from S$30) and tell you the fault and the price before any repair starts.
Free for gearbox repair
Pick-up and towing are free when the car comes to us for gearbox repair. If your car can still be driven safely, you are also welcome to drive in to either workshop.

Can’t change gear
The car stays in first gear, or only shifts up to third, when moving off or while driving.
